Managing BI Projects by Expediting Key Decisions

French military leader Napoleon Bonaparte managed big projects, the most notable of which was his war against continental Europe.

Each successful advance involved the coordination of large numbers of troops and equipment as well as timely decisions by his officers.  Napoleon looked back on his career at one point and concluded, “Nothing is more difficult, and therefore more precious, than being able to decide.”
