Every week – if not every day – someone would send me an urgent message about a company like ours and some price cut or variation on a familiar offering that was being rolled out. Common enough, right? It’s basic human nature to keep your eye on entities that are “in your space” and seek to maintain a competitive edge over them. But are they really your competition?
