Email comes in to me nearly every day, full of questions about getting a Masters In Data Science. It’s good that prospective students are asking questions. It’s just that they’re asking the wrong person.
Last summer, I wrote an article summarizing the cautions that I share with the many people who write me about data science degrees. It’s become the most popular thing that I’ve written for Forbes. Surprisingly, many people who have read that article also write me personally, asking about personal circumstances and specific Masters In Data Science degree programs. They seem to be hoping for encouragement.
