Leveraging analytics to improve business decision-making

For software company SAS, many technology concepts that are being popularized today like artificial intelligence, machine learning and cloud computing are nothing new, however the market is finally getting ready to embrace their benefits, senior SAS executives told BNamericas.

According to SAS’s president of Latin America and the Caribbean, Conrad Leister, the company has had software compatible with the above concepts for over 15 years. “The market has been talking for some time about integrated solutions for fraud risk management but there was little knowledge of what that entailed as a business application,” Leister told BNamericas.
