Crazy Cat People Housing A property developer wants to get into the multi-storey retirement building market. To give a bit of background they explain that the old people in the area tend to have a lot of cats and old people can get too hot and tend to keep their windows open. From asking around they found that competitors have had a large amount of legal issues from cats dying if they fall from the windows.
