What is the use of BI tools? Business Intelligence tools, BI for short, are any of a series of software tools, usually standalone, that are tailored to specific industries. These tools enable a business to query a set of data, aka “Big Data”, to provide insightful and actionable business information. This provides a business management team the ability to see the big picture and plan accordingly.
